500 g diced fresh fruits - orange, apples, pineapple, papaya, etc
200 ml plain yoghurt
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon honey mix together
1 tablespoon ginger juice
METHOD
1 Put the fruits into a bowl.
2 Mix the yoghurt and the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and pour over the fruits.
3 Serve chilled.
